A subdued sign labeled simply "PCL" conceals the identity of this hip lounge. Inside, dark woods accented by chrome are offset by devilish red lighting and the flickering glow of candles. In the center of the bar, an X-shaped table is lit with vintage pictures of Hollywood starlets. Two dance poles and a chrome swing invite patrons to stage their own performances while others watch from cushy red velvet couches.
